Dcom error in event viewer after april update

every time i restart my machine after the april update in event viewer itake this error:

Issue with DCOM showing up in Event viewer causing a window to pop up and close automatically.

As the title suggests I wanted to investigate why a CMD window would pop up then close randomly on my machine. I went to the Event viewer to see what was happening and saw that there were errors generated by DCOM being unable to communicate or register with a server. Below is the description of that event in the event viewer.

The server {20532D01-15BE-4BB9-A727-CA34555D881C} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

This is the same message for every one of the errors that occur somewhat regularly.

I would like help fixing this issue with DCOM if possible.
