Windows 10: Errors with Window 10 Update

At first my laptop got hung up at 74% download for a Feb 2024 update. I clicked on restart now and it got hung up on restarting. I held power button to force restart, and it seemed to complete the one update, but now fails on a security update with this error:There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x80070643I tried doing an image restore, but somehow it's finding new info from an old image restore.
