Windows 10: Escape From Tarkov/ 3080 / low Gpu Utilization

Hey Guys,

Hope someone here can assist me in the matter. I bought a 3080 end of October, and EFT was better than ever hitting Fps Cap on all maps with a few dips to 105-121 Fps here and there.

After recent patches im Hitting 27-35 Fps and the game is not using 30% of my Gpu. before i would use at least 80% Gpu and 60-70% Cpu. i have tried re doing Nvidia Drivers , tested with a few other Drivers up until the latest Driver. when i enter the raid Gpu sits at 80-90% Gpu usage and fps at around 100-122Fps and 15 or so seconds later you can see the Gpu ramping down to around 500-900Mhz. where as it was usually 1980Mhz +-. so im not sure if it's tarkov or Nvidia. But all other games is using 90% plus GPU . this only happens in tarkov. Low or High Settings FPS stays the same. Note when i Hit Max Fps cap i was running everything on Ultra etc. This is Not thermals or Bottle Necking

Other games is maxing Fps.

Escape From Tarkov

The Extended Alpha started today at 0600.




The Escape From Tarkov Extended Alpha has started!
Dear friends! We are happy to inform that the Escape from Tarkov testing has entered the extended Alpha stage. It is a new, more advanced stage, a lot of new features are introduced to the game, and even more pre-order package owners will be granted the access to testing! The Extended Alpha version will contain the following features and content:​

• A new raid location, the Woods - wide open spaces, dense forest vegetation, entirely new tactics and game experience;
• Weapon failure and repair system;
• Ability to create groups for going into raids together;
• Improved game physics;
• Ceaseless work on performance optimization and troubleshooting of existing issues;
• Everything that has been done to this point in Alpha, including completely operational networking, trade, leveling, inventory management etc.;

Also, in a few days, we’ll start admitting new participants to the extended Alpha access to the owners of the following pre-order packages: - Prepare For Escape - 50% of those who don’t have the access yet. - Left Behind - 25% of those who don’t have the access yet.

The chance of being picked for the testing is higher with those who pre-ordered early. Moreover, with the start of extended Alpha, the chances of being admitted to testing are increased for the following pre-order packages: Prepare For Escape - 75% and Left Behind - 50% of access probability.

Attention! The streaming, video and screenshots publication ban is not yet lifted. The NDA will be cancelled in several stages, as soon as we are sure there are no critical obstacles to it. (read game breaking SNAFU bugs)

Impressive sounds, graphics and gameplay. These are just I saw in the gameplay video, but of course, we can't say anything that this is a good game before play the game. But the story looks good. I signed up the beta.
