Windows 10: Escape key types ` (tilde)

Discus and support Escape key types ` (tilde) in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I recently wiped and reinstalled windows to a larger SSD but now whenever I press the escape key it types a ` (tilde) I haven't been able to find...     I recently wiped and reinstalled windows to a larger SSD but now whenever I press the escape key it types a ` (tilde) I haven't been able to find anyone else with this problem online, I've checked my keybinds and it says escape is set to just be escape but it still types a tilde

    tilde key doesnt work.

    When my pc boots the tilde key only works for a few seconds then it doesnt.

    Spanish keyboard - no tilde

    Thank you, but I do want auto correct and suggestions in Spanish. What I'd like is that these features didn't include tildes or something that removed all the tildes before sending the SMS. If you include a single tilde in the message, the max length drops
    from 160 to 70!
