    I recently changed my PC, so I tried to activate it on the new one, but it failed.error codes are : 0x833F700F, 0x803FABBA, 0xC004F034I think the initial failure happened because I didn’t remove the license from the previous PC, but even after I removed the license from the old PC in subsequent attempts, the activation still failed. currently tried slmgr.vbs /upk in new PC toois there anything i can try for?

    To assist you better, we would like to know more information about your concern.

    • Have you tried any changes prior to this issue?
    • Have you tried to check the files in your Recycle bin?
    • May we know what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
    • May we know what ESD file are you trying to create? Is it for Windows 10 update?

    Windows 10 fails to update


    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

    ESD licnse activation fail

    ESD license usage: update from windows 10 to 11 and migration to different PC using 1 PC license.

    My plan for now is to buy ESD key for windows 10 and use it to update to windows 11 in future, when it will be more widely used.

    So i have question:

    1. If I can update my windows to 11 using ESD license for windows 10 and still have it activated?
    2. If I have another PC in the future can I activate windows on it using my old ESD license? (I suppose windows on my old PC should be deactivated?)
