Windows 10: Esier Cap Video camputure dongle is blocked by W10

Hello everybody:

I plug a USB Easier Cap UTV007 video capture card, and installed the driver. I looked for the device @ device manager and its properly identified as "OEM Cap" but has an alarm that says "Blocked by Windows". An the controller says in the status that I should contact the manufacterer. But its not posible with this kind of chinese devices. Any help on what is blocking the device?

easier cap for win 10 and x360?

So i recently purchased an Easier CAP USB 2.0 to use with my xbox 360 and a windows ten laptop. Its similar to the Easy Cap (EZCap) but it is made by a different company. Its not very well known but everyone who uses it says its worlds easier than its
competition. Ive watched multiple tutorials on how to set it up and so forth but im having a problem. The esier CAP captures my game audio, but the video is blank. Can anyone help me ?

I've done the steps listed here before joining this forum. None of these work.
but I do have it setup now to flash the window if I press the caps.
I may just try the restore option and roll back drivers,,,

 

Dongle is working properly but showing no internet

Just to clarify, are you using a WiFi dongle to connect to the internet instead of the built in WiFi adapter of your device? Or are you using a desktop PC and is the WiFi dongle to connect to the internet? For now, what we can suggest is to follow all of
