Windows 10: ESIF1.0.11702.1514 TYPE: ERROR MODULE: IPF TIME 66099 ms

Hello, I got the error The IntelR Dynamic Tuning Technology DTT driver cannot load because the installed version of IntelR Innovation Platform Framework IPF that it depends on is too old. The IPF version installed is 1.0.11702. The minimum IPF version required is 1.0.11902. and I can't find this driver to download anywhere; This problem is on my Acer laptop model PHN16-71 and for some reason there are no drivers on the Acer website

Hi all, I've been encountering an error from the Windows event log for about 20 days, the error appears as soon as I start the laptop but I don't notice any freezes, but when I open the games (e.g. call of duty) it happens that the keyboard, mouse and a external sound cards no longer work and in the event log I find the error attached below, so the error occurs both when starting the PC and during the game, in which case crashing the PC or deactivating the external mouse and keyboard.
