    Essential windows functions stopped working


    Hello, today my windows started to stop doing windows things, let me introduce the problems:-search bar stopped working-cant open powershell-cant oppen settings app There’s a problem with Settings. Refreshing your PC might help fix it.-cant right click on desktop, inside file explorer, even if i can right click on something, a lot of options went missing properties etc.-can not move essential files to external usb drive to save them before resetting pc-windows+R doesnt workDont really know what to do about it , no way to update windows while this problem is live, cant reset the pc because
