Windows 10: Estimated Delivery Dates During The Holiday Period & Pending Orders

I had some things happen that caused me to have to order a few items from Microsoft a few days ago, as opposed to further ahead of time. I was wondering how accurate the current estimated delivery dates are for a Surface Pro 11/11th Edition & roughly how long it will be in the pending stage?Alledgedly, its supposed to arrive on January 22nd. I personally think that's not bad, all things considered, but what are the odds of it arriving either earlier or late? Are the estimates broad to cover bases or are they confident that it'll be more likely to be that date?Just to be clear, I'm aware th

Good morning. I ordered a Xbox series S from the Microsoft on the 24 December 2022, (Order No: 6898727184) with express delivery selected. I recieved a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date of 28 December 2022. I checked this morning and the order status was still listed as pending.

I ordered a Surface Book 3 from the Microsoft UK store on the 31st December 2021, (Order No: 7804640046) with express delivery selected. I recieved a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date of 03 January 2022.

I checked this morning and the order status was still listed as pending. I called Microsoft Support but it said the office was closed.

I have already checked the order tracking status repeatedly today and there has been no change. Please advise.

If that is the case why set the estimated delivery date on a Bank holiday, if they are not in to despatch it?
