Windows 10: Ethernet adapters on Windows 11 have stopped working properly

Very strange issue, on a relatively new desktop PC with built in gb ethernet adapter Intel motherboard and built in Wifi adapter, the network/internet connections speeds are drastically different, the ethernet is unuseable. GB internet and home network connections in home, speed via ethernet is less than 5 gbps used to be up to 900 while the wifi adapter still achieves 600-900 mbps connection speeds. I've tried everything I can think of, the cables are all fine, other computers on same connection work properly. Drivers for ethernet adapter removed, re-added, updated. I even purchased a

any pci adapter this ethernet adaptor is built into my motherboard. I do have a sound card in a pci slot working fine.

You can follow the steps below:

1. I suggest that you check if the Ethernet adapter is enabled in the Device Manager. To do this, follow these steps:
   
   1. Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
      
   2. Expand the Network adapters section.
      
   3. Look for the Ethernet adapter and check if it is enabled. If it is disabled, right-click on it and select Enable device.
      
2. If the Ethernet adapter is already enabled, try updating the driver for the Ethernet adapter. To do this, follow these steps:
   
   1. Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
      
   2. Expand the Network adapters section.
      
   3. Right-click on the Ethernet adapter and select Update driver.
      
   4. Select Search automatically for updated driver software and follow the on-screen instructions.
      
3. If updating the driver does not resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Ethernet adapter driver. To do this, follow these steps:
   
   1. Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
      
   2. Expand the Network adapters section.
      
   3. Right-click on the Ethernet adapter and select Uninstall device.
      
   4. Restart your computer.
      
   5. Windows will automatically reinstall the driver for the Ethernet adapter.
      
4. If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the network settings on your Windows 11 computer. To do this, follow these steps:
