    Ethernet cable connection problems in my dorm


    I've been living in this dorm for a year now, usually when i plug my Ethernet cable in into my desktop there is a bit of loading and then an internet tab pops up with the university's page for me to put my username and password. It used to work like that. I came back after two weeks and when i plug the cable in, first it says unidentified then a second later a page pops up not my university's "www.msftconnecttest.com" which is blank with no html or css except for "you are connected"I've tried changing my default internet app and this still happens, i even did a factory reset on my windows.Th
