Windows 10: ethernet connection oddity

Discus and support ethernet connection oddity in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I have two computers hardwired to the same router.     I have two computers hardwired to the same router. One computer correctly connects to my per the router, for example, Home123. However, the other computer, wired exactly the same to the same router, connects to Network instead of Home123. It does not list Home123 as an available network. Neither computer has wifi. The problem is that Home123 can access Network files via sharing, but Network cannot access Home123. All settings are exactly the same. Both computers have a fresh install of Windows 10.
