Windows 10: Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration

To clarify, I'm using TP-Link powerline adapters for my ethernet and they've worked fine for about 2 years, and every other device on my network works perfectly fine, just not this specific Windows PC.

Earlier today I was trying to port forward on my router to run a minecraft server with some friends when my internet stopped working on my computer. My first thought was to remove the port forward, so I did, and stilp no internet. I ran the troubleshoot thing on windows which 'reset the ethernet adapter', but failed to 'Investigate router or broadband modem issues'.

Still no fix, so I started googling for some solutions and tried everything that I could find, things like the quick start disable, some command prompt commands, manually entering the IP that my router was displaying assigned to me, disabling ipv6, swapping around my TP-Link boxes, getting new ethernet cables, etc, but nothing really worked.

My TP-Links seem to be perfectly functional, with all 3 lights indicating that they're connected to proper devices, and the router seems functional since everything is still able to connect to it except for my computer. In the router settings menu, I can actually find my device and its IP, but it's been listed as offline on the router. My PC still displays "No Internet Access. Your device is connected, but you might not be able to access anything on the network."

I've been looking for a while but I can't seem to find a fix, if anyone could help me, that would be fantastic.

It says the same thing at my end when my Ethernet is working perfectly as shown below:

Hi My erthernet connection stoped working, and I can't get it going again. It stopped working after I was looking at some network programs on a PE rescue disk, that i had not used before. Whether It was something I done or it just died I don't know.
Windows 10 10.0.18362 and tried 10.0.19035
Cable has light when you plug it in
Network connections says "unidentified network".
Troubleshooter says "Ethernet dosn,t have a valid ip configuration"
Device manager has everything listed as working.
Network connections Status window says IPv4 no network access, IPv6 no network access, speed 100.0 Mbps, Diagnose says, "Ethernet dosn,t have a valid ip configuration"
I uninstalled all network adapters, restarted and reinstalled network adapters.
I reistalled Windows 10, still not working.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks Shane.
