Windows 10: Ethernet is not connecting, showing unidentified network

i just bought my ethernet cable today, I plugged it in to my xbox and pc, they are not loose, and it shows unidentified network

Ethernet Connection Shows "unidentified network and no internet access"

I'm a student and I went and got my PC hooked up for the campus ethernet, the connection was fine for about 3 days and after that it started showing a message saying "unidentified network and no internet access" after that it just said network and no internet
access, while if I hook a laptop to to the same cable it connects to the internet with no problem at all, but my PC says no internet access. Is there a way to fix this problem and my PC is using windows 10
