Windows 10: Ethernet Issue working in apps but not on browser or cmd

Hello community well i am asking weird problem may be its simple one for some but i tried all the regular methods on internet to troubleshoot this issue but i don't know what cause it i think its an update so the issue is when i connected through wired connection my apps like telegram windows rdp and many others work fine but when i use browsers or ping connection through cmd it dose not work says dns problem and i don't know i checked properties it says i don't have any ipv4 dns settings done but when i usually open it from normal window property it says like i have setup dns of ipv4 set to

My reliable ethernet connection no longer works

To better understand the query, please answer the following questions:

• After restarting is your computer in normal mode or not?
• Are you getting any error message?

I suggest you to reset the modem\ router and check if the Ethernet connection works or not.

If still the issue persist then I suggest you to follow the steps from the below article

Changing default browser to IE and wifi issues

  In desktop search, type default app settings and select the result.
  
• 
  Under Web browser, click the current browser (EDGE).
  
• 
  Choose Internet Explorer and set it as
  default.
