Windows 10: Ethernet limited after putting old PC parts in new case

My ethernet is limited to 10MB per second after taking my old custom made pc and putting the parts inside a new case. I've tested the cable on my laptop and it gets 400MB which is the speed I had before. I've already tried changing the Duplex settings and tried installing another Realtek driver but nothing works.

IP configuration not valid - interference from ethernet adapter?

Solution 1: No Internet Access In Windows 8.1or Windows 10

Step 1:

Go to Device Manager → Network adapters.
Step 2:

Expand it (Network adapters).


Step 3:

Select your network adapter


Step 4:

Right click on your wireless network adapter or Ethernet adapter and then tap “Update Driver Software”.
(in this case your network adopter is Ethernet adopter so tap your Ethernet adapter)
Step 5:

Now on a new window you will need to click on “Browse my computer for driver software”.




Step 6:

Then select “Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer”.



Step 7:

Now choose the “Manufacturer’s drivers” from the list of two and then click next.



Step 8:

After the completion of the process just restart your PC and check if the problem is solved or not. If not, goto solution 2.



Solution 2: No Internet Access In Windows 8.1,windows10

Step 1:

Open command prompt.
Step 2:

Just go on hitting the enter after typing the each command.
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
Step 3:

Now to check if the settings are disabled type:
netsh int tcp show global
then hit enter.
Step 4:

Now the thing left is just rebooting your system and just check if the problem is solved or not and just give feedback.*chuckle*Thumbs

 

New build part list

It has been put together. My system specs have been updated for the new build.

When my PC is asleep or shutdown for a long period of time the ethernet is disconnected when I turn it back on.

The only solution I've found is to unplug, then re-insert the ethernet cable, then after a few seconds, it's back to normal.

The router is owned by the ISP, and is installed in the apartment with several in-wall ethernet ports that are wired back to the modem.

I previously had a prebuilt XPS desktop that had the same behavior, but now I'm having the same issue on the PC I just built.

I kept the CPU, SSD, and HDD from the prebuilt, but all other components are new. Incidentally I moved my desk and am using a different ethernet wall jack for the connection, but the issue persists. I used both PCs at the old wall jack, but only the new pc at the new wall jack.

Here are the PC parts that I believe are relevant, but I can provide more parts if necessary:

NEW PC parts:

• MOBO: MSI MPG Z490 GAMING CARBON WIFI LGA 1200 with integrated ethernet modem
  
• CPU: Intel 11700
  
• OS: Windows 11 Home, original PC came with Windows 10 Home, but I did the free update.
  

OLD PC parts:

• MOBO: Dell MOBO with integrated ethernet modem
  
• CPU: Intel 11700
  
• OS: Windows 11 Home, original PC came with Windows 10 Home, but I did the free update.
  

Router: C3000Z from Century link.
