Windows 10: Ethernet mouse and keyboard bug + computer

So whenever i play a game or do anything, randomly my ethernet mouse and keyboard will turn off and make the sound that turns it off, before it happens my computer glitches and freezes for like half a second like 3 times, and the mouse is glitchy too like when i move it it doesnt move smooth like it teleports like a inch where i try to move it, then it does it, also my computer is a amd computer, and i think its a software but i dont know, also this happens like 5 minutes into a app like minecraft. please help. ive tried so hard and just want to play normally.
