Windows 10: Ethernet not working at all windows 10

My ethernet hasn’t been working for a while now on windows 10. I get a mix of messages from Ethernet doesn’t have a valid ip to default gateway not available and sometimes I troubleshoot and it says nothing is wrong with my Ethernet but I have no connection, I’ve tried everything from resetting my internet to reinstalling windows and done all the command prompt things. Changed my ip and nothing works please help.

Hi FreeBooter, I already came across this article and followed the steps with no results, I came across other articles that suggested the same steps but still nothing has worked? Thanks for the reply.
