Windows 10: Ethernet not working in my home network.

Hey guys, so recently my PSU was damaged and I got a replacement. After that, My PC's internetspecifically in ethernet has stopped working. I went to a repair shop , it works there , but at home it doesn't work. I tried my PC's wifi, and it works to an extentonly giving out ~15 mbps with a 100 mbps wifi. I tried reinstalling windows , but it didn't help. Any possible fixes?PS : I tried all the cmd commands like netsh winsock reset etc , tried turning off my firewall , and even safe mode...Still the issue presists...

Hi FreeBooter, I already came across this article and followed the steps with no results, I came across other articles that suggested the same steps but still nothing has worked? Thanks for the reply.

 

My reliable ethernet connection no longer works

To better understand the query, please answer the following questions:

• After restarting is your computer in normal mode or not?
• Are you getting any error message?

I suggest you to reset the modem\ router and check if the Ethernet connection works or not.

If still the issue persist then I suggest you to follow the steps from the below article

• Is the Ethernet working in other computers?
