Windows 10: Ethernet not working on Laptop after Windows 11 24H2

Ethernet cables are connected but not working. The cables are fine, I have connected them to other devices. Wi-Fi is working as well but I need to use an Ethernet cable from where I use my laptop. I have installed the latest BIOS update from the manufacturer. You can follow the steps below:

1. I suggest that you check if the Ethernet adapter is enabled in the Device Manager. To do this, follow these steps:
   
   1. Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
      
   2. Expand the Network adapters section.
      
   3. Look for the Ethernet adapter and check if it is enabled. If it is disabled, right-click on it and select Enable device.
      
2. If the Ethernet adapter is already enabled, try updating the driver for the Ethernet adapter. To do this, follow these steps:
   
   1. Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
      
   2. Expand the Network adapters section.
      
   3. Right-click on the Ethernet adapter and select Update driver.
      
   4. Select Search automatically for updated driver software and follow the on-screen instructions.
      
3. If updating the driver does not resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Ethernet adapter driver. To do this, follow these steps:
   
   1. Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
