Windows 10: Ethernet problem, no connections are available

So yesterday I was playing a video game and the steam overlay wasnt showing up so I decided to restart my pc. i restarted my pc but it didnt restart, there was an underscore and a black screen. i switched off the pc manually and switched it on again. The pc started just fine but the ethernet wasnt working. i can connect via wifi but ethernet isnt connecting. there is a globe sign and ethernet doesnt work.

I restarted my pc, my router and checked to see if the ethernet cable is at fault but everything is fine.

I did a network reset

I reinstalled my device drivers

I renewed my ipconfig

My pc is lenovo y920T

I7 7700k

Gtx 1070

16 gigs ram

1 TB hdd

128 gigs ssd

2. Have you recently made any changes on the device prior to this issue?
   
3. What is the make and model number of the computer?
   
   
   
   
   
   You may try the below suggested steps to fix the issue.
   
   
   

1. Click on Start, Type in Control Panel and look for Network & Sharing Center.
   
2. Click on ‘Change adapter settings’ on the left pane.
   
3. You will be able to see the list of networks available.
   
4. Click on Advanced menu and select ‘Advanced Settings’.
   
5. You will be able to see the different types of connections under advanced settings Window.
   
6. Select Ethernet and use the arrows at the right side in the current Window in order to reorder the connections.
   
7. Click on OK and check the status of the issue.

Ethernet No Connected - No Connection are Available

Alright so i build my own pc over Christmas and it's been working perfectly for a month. Here is were the problem starts, so when i start my pc the Ethernet shows that its working but then after 10 seconds it stops working. It says that there is no connection
available. Here is a list of what I've done.

-reinstall the drivers

-reset the computer

-turned off the firewall (don't know why but still did it)

-tried a wireless broadband, doesn't work(same thing)

-troubleshooting does not help at all



I went to the network connection, the Ethernet says that its disabled i try enabling it but nothing happens. This is all from Windows 10 if it matters. Anyone have an idea on what the problem could be. If so can you help me. It would be really appreciated.
