Windows 10: Ethernet Service Interruption

I have continuously had an error of service interruption only when using the ethernet internet service. My service intermittently goes out for a few seconds and then reconnects. I do not have an issue while using wifi. Is there a setting to correct this??

Recently, I messed up my laptop and my services are all over the place. I settled everything other than my
Ethernet and I cannot access the internet. (Using my phone to make this post)

So when you type Services in the search bar and select it, a whole list of services pop up and I want to know which service or group of services is responsible for my Ethernet so that I can enable it.

A deferred procedure call is an interrupt-handling mechanism in the Windows operating system where the drivers can reference when running certain processes. Deferred procedure call allows a task to be activated but not executed, from a highly prioritized
interrupt request level (IRQL).

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to put the computer in Safe mode and check if you receive this error.
