Windows 10: Ethernet speed capped at 100mbps when router is outputting 900?

I recently upgraded my Wi-Fi to Vodafone's 910mbps plan and decided to try ethernet on my pc. I'm using a CAT5e cable from my router to my pc, but the speed reaches about 94-95 Mbps and then stops. The cable is not damaged, as I have tried multiple other cables, 2 brand new, yet it only reaches 95mbps. My router is outputting 750mbps wireless, however, I cannot use this on my pc as it is too far from the router, so the speed is only around 50mbps. The only thing that may be an indicator is the flashing orange light where the ethernet is plugged into my pc, however, since I last checked, this h

hello, i have been looking for weeks now to try and fix this? no luck? i see people saying it may be bad wires but mine are all cat 6 i had all mine done off the same reel of wire too, now the one going from my virgin media hub into my second router, when i put that into my xbox upstairs or my laptop direct i get 257mbps thats how i know its not bad wiring. when i connect it into my new router as a access point and use that as a wireless point and to branch mulitpul Ethernets into my bedroom it then everything coming out of my second router get capped at 100mbps i dont think my lan ports are capped because it gives me a option of 1gbps any ideas? il post a photo too of what im looking at:

 

Ethernet speed capped at 100 Mbps

I have a Lenovo Legion T5 28IMB05, and my Ethernet connection is capped at 100 Mbps.

Things I have already tried and didn't work:

• Switch to another cable. Originally, I had a CAT5e and as my speed was capped, I bought a CAT6. It didn't help (though I'm still using it)
  
• Force the driver to use 1000 Mbps full duplex
  
• Try my cable and router with another PC. It works
  
• Try to boot from a live USB running Ubuntu 21.10. It also didn't reach full speed
  

The funny thing is that if a plug a USB Ethernet adapter (TP-link UE330), it reaches gigabit speeds with that cable and router; and then if I reconnect the cable to the Ethernet port on my PC, IT WORKS at gigabit speeds for as long as I have the PC turned on. When I restart, it goes back to 100 Mbps.

As of course, I prefer not to have to depend on a USB dongle to reach full speed on my network, what can I do?
