Windows 10: Ethernet unidentified network, Ethernet doesnt have a valid ip configuration

i have tried everything i mean everything every video every website, last night my ethernet was connected and fine but i woke up with it being broken, saying unidentified network, when i troubleshoot it says ethernet doesnt have a valid ip configuration, list of things ive tried_______________________________________Set manual DNS server address in IPv4 settings Preferred 8.8.8.8, alternate 8.8.4.4Reset TCP/IP Stack in command promptReset router, unplug and plug back in ethernet cables on both ends.I have tried everything on this threadi have done every CMD command like flushdns ipconfig re

I have a Acer spin 5 laptop. i just bought a Ugreen USB C to Ethernet adaptor.

My Ethernet connection shows unidentified network.

i have tried all the options mentioned in the below link , problem still persists.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for ASIX AX88179 USV 3.0 to Gigabit adaptor
