Windows 10: ethernet wont connect to game matches while the wifi does

Hello, i'm experiencing a very strange problem that is confusing me, my wifi connection easily connects to games without any problems but whenever i use my ethernet cable and try to play games it wont let me connect, this thing has been bothering me since i can browse the internet without issues and do the same with my wifi, i use a cat 8 ethernet cable and for some reason even when its connected to my router its not letting me join games nor matches is there anything im missing out?

Reinstall the wifi driver

Changed the adapter properties < Disable all Power management options.

I don't know what I mean. YES ON WIF i can connect to the internet, but you cannot connect to anthing plugged into the same WIFI ROUTER with CAT5 Cable ethernet. My MacBook Pro has WIFI and ehternet, ethernet wont work, but wifi will. My Dell does not have wifi, and I cannot connect to the network or internet at all. As I mentioned, I changed the WIFI Router about a week ago, problem solved, for 3-4 days, now ethernet to the new router does not work again.

 

Make Windows 10 connect/disconnect to WiFi based on Ethernet connection status

Steps:

1. Go to Control Panel\ All Control Panel Items\ Network and Sharing Center > click on 'Change adapter settings' then use the 'alt button' to show menus and select Advanced Settings...
   
2. Under Connections section, select Ethernet, and use the arrows to the right to move Ethernet above WiFi.
   
3. Click OK.
   

Windows will now prefer the Ethernet over the WiFi for connecting to the internet. This should apply for Windows 8, 8.1, and 10.
