Windows 10: Even after a factory reinstall of Win. 10 Phone Link doesn't open.

It doesn't appear in the Store/Library; it was turned on; multiple repair and resets have no effect. There was some msg. about needing to download something; tried twice and it just went into an endless loop. Previously I'd spent hours with Command lines etc. trying to get it to work so may have scrambled it but presumably a reinstall via Creation Media would have bypassed that; I have no recollection of what was being asked to be downloaded but that is not coming up so it looks like there is some fundamental issue with it unless my hardware somehow can't cope; it's otherwise running well.

CD-ROM doesn`t work with win 10

After I installed Win 10 my CD ROM doesn`t work any longer. Does somebody have an solution?

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Why Edge doesn´t open any Google www-sites? I am able to open the same Google-sites with any other browsers.
