Windows 10: Even in Full Screen Program, Mouse Wheel Scrolls 2nd Monitor.

I just upgraded to Windows 10. I play Subnautica on my left monitor, full screened. If I move the mouse to the right for a while, the Windows mouse cursor is actually in my 2nd (right) monitor but I can't see it. If I move the mouse wheel up and down it still acts as it should in my full screen program, but it also scrolls up and down on whatever I have open on my 2nd monitor. It never did this in Windows 7. How do I get it to stop doing this?

In other words, turn 720 degrees to the left in Subnautica and the mouse wheel no longer scrolls the right monitor. Turn 720 degrees to the right in Subnautica and the mouse wheel then scrolls the right monitor because I assume the invisible cursor is in the right monitor.

Wireless mouse scrolling wheel

Just got a new computer. The scrolling wheel works on everything except for the print preview reports that I produce from an sql database program. I cannot see in "Settings", Mouse, Wheel where to add the program reports to allow the scroll to work.

 

Logitech G603 Mouse Scrolling Issues

Hi all,
For some time now I have been having really frustrating scrolling problems - not just with this mouse, but I have tried 2 others with the same results. When scrolling with the wheel, the screen will scroll a short way ( up or down) and then scroll the other way - like a 3 steps forward, 2 steps back! The number of lines scrolling is also random at times, but NEVER smooth. So annoying. I have tried all the mouse wheel stuff in control panel. Having to use the scroll bars is annoying
