I want to cancel Minecraft Realms

Hi,

I have a Minecraft Realms subscription that I cannot cancel.

When I go to “billing history” for another subscription (Microsoft Live Gold) on my Xbox it (Realms) shows up as having been paid for for every month since March ‘22 when I started it.

When I go to “Subscriptions” on my Xbox the only subscription in the list is Microsoft Live Gold, so I am unable to select Realms to cancel it. Does this make sense?

Being charged for cancelled subscription (5 months)

I checked my bank account and have found that I am being charged 3.29 every month for a "realm subscription", however when I look on my Microsoft account it states that there are no active subscriptions and shows absolutely zero history of these purchases or anything of the sort. I can't even access realms on Minecraft itself so I am being charged falsely for nothing. From my memory I remember getting a free trial and then cancelling it or I bought a months worth and cancelled it, either way I have no way of cancelling these oncoming payments and I am pretty sure that I cancelled it at the first month. I can provide all the proof that is necessary and would really appreciate if this could be cancelled and possibly refunded as I have no way of cancelling these payments! Thanks.

 

I was charged even though I cancelled my minecraft realms subscription

I was charged for my realms plus subscription even though cancelled it last month. It even says on services and subscription that "subscription will end on April 15 2022", and the "last charge was on March 10 2022", but I just got charged another payment today.
