Even though I connected my Redragon Centrophorus M6013200 DPI has been connected to the pc but not working it says device is disconnected. Software is M601RGBV1 wired gaming mouse

Redragon m601 Centrophorus-2000. I recently bought this mouse. When I plug it in it lights up but doesn't move the mouse on the screen.

Hi,

i am unable to change any dpi settings or light intensity settings for my redragon centrophorous gaming mouse.

1. i tried windows to download its appropriate driver, but not sue.

2. downloaded official app from their site and other sites as well.

3. followed few steps are mentioned in earlier post for troubleshooting.
