Windows 10: Event 0xc000006d. Sub: 0x0 HELP LOL

when i entered my pin today i got this EVENT id number and it tells me i need to reset my pin. Makes me sign into account and sends me to reset the pin but all I get “Something went wrong “ with the option of RETRY or “skip for now” .... skip for now just recycles the login screen....after entering my pin it sends me through the same steps. If I click retry all I get is SOETHING WENT WRONG. I would appreciate any help .....Thank y’all in advance!

Cannot enter PIN on Windows computer, error message: (status: 0xc000006d, substatus: 0x0)

When I try to login to my computer using my pin, it gives me a message saying, "Something went wrong and your pin isn't available (status: 0xc000006d, substatus: 0x0). Click to set up your PIN again." When I click to set it up PIN, it says "The User Profile
Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded." When I click OK, it just goes back to the lock screen and the process starts over again. I cannot reset the password or create a new account.

 

How is Event Online Help supposed to work?

" Is there not a listing somewhere of the Event IDs and suggested resolutions?"

I wouldn't be surprised if searching the web would help. Try using the Event ID as a search term to start.
