    Event 10000, Distributed Com

I was wondering if someone could shed some light on the below error. I see it about four times per 24 hrs in my System Event Log and it is usually within a small group of the regular DCOM 10016 warnings that we all see and should ignore per Microsoft. My questions are is this something I should be concerned with and if so what can I do to resolve this error or should I just ignore it like the DCOM 10016 warnings. SFC and all three DISMs found no corruptions. I am running Win 10 Home version 2004 with OS build 19041.508 and all updates are installed with none pending. My computer is running great and have not seen any type of degradation in my system. I would appreciate any info.

    Regards,

    Don

If experiences with DCOM errors 10010 and 10016 are any indication, this error indicates a small but neither threatening nor serious issue in the MS Distributed COM interfaces. These may be safely ignored in the vast majority of cases. Here's an interesting discussion from EventID.net (paid subscription, alas, required to get all of the gory details, but what's publicly available looks pretty good).

    Events 10000 and 10001 Windows 10

I can see a lot of events 10000 and 10001 in the Application Logs of the Event Viewer. They relate to RestartManager and if looked closely upon I can see a lot of "StartingSession" and "EndingSession" entries. But no entries to indicate as to why does it keep initiating and closing sessions. Any way to find this out?

I also noticed that my mouse cursor begins to flicker like some operation is being done in the background. The timing with these cursor flickers is correlated with these 10000 and 10001 in the event viewer.

    distribution lists

What are the Third Party Apps you would suggest? Would they work with Outlook App on an Android?

I'm looking to set up distribution lists on my cell phone.
