Windows 10: event 16 kernal general

I am having problems getting my sound to work . also this entry if it is related or not. how do i get audio?

everything says it's working just won't start. restarted cptr.


The access history in hive \??\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Provisioning\Microsoft-Desktop-Provisioning-Sequence.dat was cleared updating 0 keys and creating 0 modified pages.

Events 4672 & 4624 Win 10 Freezes - special LOGON ?

The event logs you have provided seems to be the security logs that is generated when you login to your system. For more information on the event that was generated, you can check
4672(S): Special privileges assigned to new logon.

The Windows error logs will be located at Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System.

Please follow the step below and check if it works for you.

What causes computer to shut down and restart?

I looked in Events log as suggested just now. Scrolled them all at the bottom of the viewer and there were no red errors.

At the top of that particular box of things there was listed 1 critical error. I clicked the + to see and it said :kernal power system.

 

"Unexpected Kernal Mode Trap"

Lately, I have been receiving a prompt to re-start to collect information due to an "Unexpected Kernal Mode Trap" Any Suggestion on how to fix this problem?
