    Hello.My laptop suffers from freezing at any time, and experiencing symptoms of entering the bios when rebooting. Freezing does not occur in the BIOS I can't get out of the bios and enter the bios again, and the ssd is not detected. Sometimes, press the power button for about 20+ seconds, the laptop will cold boot and i can use it normally. There are always 11k+ whea-logger 17 in the event log. how i tried :1. My ssd shows no problems in 'crystaldiskinfo' and chkdsk, 2. I tried sfc /scannow, but it doesn't work. 3. Reinstalling or "update" bios/drivers/windows did not work. most official f

    I updaded all drivers, installed all updates for windows 10, checked the latest drivers from ASUS, updated BIOS. Nothing helped to avoid this WHEA problem. I wrote to ASUS support, still waiting their answers but I am not sure that they will give useful information how to deal this it. Did you have a chance to fix it thus far,
