Windows 10: Event 2545 "Microsoft-Windows-DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider"

Hello all! I was wondering if anyone else has noticed Event 2545 errors concerning Microsoft-Windows-DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider in your Event Log. I have been getting them since installing the last cumulative updates KB4023057, KB5018482 and KB5018202 on the 26th at 3:00 A.M.. I have had six of these errors since then. I have filed a report through the Feedback Hub. Can anyone shed a light on these and should I be concerned. My computer is running fine. RespectfullyLevel: ErrorKeywords: &

Microsoft-Windows-DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider/Admin

My son's laptop has started having issues where when he is attempt to do a file save as (occurs in all applications), when he click on file name or file type drop down arrows the drop down opens but immediately closes. When this happens the title bar indicates
Not Responding, and the Close "X" blinks red.

I've looked in the error log and I see this error repeatedly.
