Windows 10: Event 41 errors

Hi guys,

I've had intermittent Event ID 41 errors since building this computer for the past month and a bit. Here are the follow diagnostics.


Setup: RTX 3070 + Ryzen 5600X + B550i

These sudden shutdowns have pretty much occurred at all sorts of occasions - on light loads such as Youtube, on heavy loads in game, and occasionally just running background tasks. I have confirmed:


1 Should not be thermal issues - whole kits is running at 55-60 degrees when the shutdowns happen.

2 BIOS, Windows, NVIDIA Driver up to date
3 I have reset to BIOS defaults, and pretty much factory defaults for everything - turning off PBO and XMP still leading to intermittent crashes

I am honestly pretty lost as I've chose everything to maximize stability and it still crashes every now and then; not often enough to kill productivity once a day or two, but so regularly that its starting to become a real pain.

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.
