Windows 10: Event 41 id error, Kernel-Power.

Hi, i recently cleaned my pc, and after i plugged back in all the cables in, i started having the first issue taht was: DP/HDMI ports sometimes working sometimes not, so basically it reads the cable sometimes and sometimes it just doesn't. When it does though, a couple of times the refresh rate was "bugged" because i could've moved my cursor fluently with 165hz of my monitor but when i open apps or for example opening the windows start thingy, the refresh rate was way lower than 165hz, it looked like 30 or lower. After a bit the cables started working again, but here it goes the 2nd problem.Wh

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows

and check if that helps.

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.
