Windows 10: Event 4101 error keeps crashing computer. PLEASE HELP!

I recently purchased an HP Victus from Costco and since I got it today I keep getting these crashes that sometimes freezes my computer whenever I try to play a game. For Assassins Creed Origins it crashes on start screen while Crusader Kings 3 crashes on the interactive map for instance. When it crashes the game will freeze and the monitor will go black and make a weird click. Sometimes it goes back to desktop. Sometimes it doesn't. In the event viewer I normally get a Event 4101 error that says "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and successfully recovered," and Event 0 nvlddmkm, an

My computer keeps crashing event ID 1001.

My computer keeps crashing after I open Fortnite. It's all running smooth for like 5 minutes then crashes. I checked event viewer and it gives the bugcheck code 0x00000101 (0x000000000000000c, 0x000000000000000, 0xffff9281837d9180, 0x0000000000000004). I googled event ID 1001 fixes and followed all steps to no avail. If these codes mean anything to you your help would be appreciated.

There are many possible reasons why the computer will keeps on crashing. One of which is missing or corrupted system files. For us to further isolate the issue, we suggest answering the following questions:

• What exactly are you accessing/doing when the computer crashes?
• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error messages or mini dump that you've received?

Thank you for the information. It turns out that the
twinapi.appcore.dll files are corrupted, that's why you're getting the said error message. We suggest that you uninstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection on your computer, and then perform the following steps:

• Press Windows key + R to open Run.
• Type WSReset.exe and hit
  Enter.
• Open Windows Store and install Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Once done, kindly check if the game works for you.
