Windows 10: Event 8303 warning, System-Restore

I honestly have no idea what this could mean and I have no idea if it is a big deal or not. I would appreciate any help I can get with resolving this. Thank you much!

How to solve Event warning 8303


Does anyone know how to solve this ?
I have tried several things but nothing is helping. This is basically only one kind of warning which I can't get rid of.
It is created after every restore point.
Any idea?
Using Win 10 v1703.

 

System Restore error

Hi Alex,

It is possible that the service of System Restore did not run right away. This can be the reason why you're seeing an error log in the Event Viewer. If you can use your computer smoothly and if you can run System Restore without any issues, it means that
the error that you saw in the Event Viewer is already resolved.

If you're having an issue using System Restore, there may be an issue with the hard drive of your computer. This may also be the reason why you're encountering the error code 0x80070057 in Event Viewer. We suggest that you run the "check disk" command to
check the hard drive of your computer. To do this, follow these steps:

• Right-click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the command window, type chkdsk /f, and then press
  Enter.
• Press the letter "Y" on your keyboard, and then press Enter.
• Restart your computer start the "check disk" process.

System Restore error

Hello, once every days or so a system restore error appears in my event viewer, Event 8303 Scoping Unsuccesful for shadowcopy\\?GlobalRoot\Device\HardDiskVolumeShadowCopy4 with error0x80070057

I ran sfc scan, dsim, no errors, my pc is rock solid, from what i see this error is benign so i can ignore it, but i want to know what it is, and if there is a way to get rid of it. Many thanks!
