    Event disrupting connections


    DllHost 16748,G,98 The beta feature EseDiskFlushConsistency is enabled in ESENT due to the beta site mode settings 0x800000.


    The above event keeps disrupting my access to an enterprise sql database. At times I lose hours of work if I hadn't saved my changes to the DB yet. I can't seem to find a way to stop it. Some reading advised changes in the Microsoft Indexer but it continues to occur. I've combed through tons of web searches. My County tech support has been unable to locate a solution either. What is this and how do I stop it?

    FREQUENT DISRUPTION OF INTERNET CONNECTION

    Dear sir,

    I purchased Dell 2-in-1, 4th generation i3 processor 15 days back. From the beginning I find frequent disruption of internet connection (WiFi router) while browsing and with great difficulty I get the connection restored after restart (if I am lucky).
    It was not the case when I was using window 7-start, which was vey smooth , not even once I faced disruption. Window trouble-shooter leads me to micro-soft community and also suggest basic recovery. I am afraid if I resort to basic recovery, I may loose
    the data or some software which may require re-installation from the beginning. Please advice.
