Hi guys, found an event viewer error ID 2484, obviously it has something to do with the Edge browser.

I have tried resetting, reinstall Edge but this error keeps coming back. SFC & DSIM scanner shows no error.
I have no problem using Edge, only some web pages won't load. I have the latest OS build 15063.332. Kindly advise how to resolve this error, thanks in advance...

Crash of Microsoft Zune Video (MS Windows Immersive Shell) in Windows 10

Dear guys,

I'm experiencing windows 10 crashing frequently, but without presenting blue screen.

After resuming from suspend mode, it worked for some minutes and then graphical interface stopped responding to mouse clicks. I couldn't make any software command and had to shut down from power button.

Looking at Event Viewer, I found an App Error exactly at the time when it stopped responding:

"The package Microsoft.ZuneVideo_10.17042.14211.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe+Microsoft.ZuneVideo was terminated because it took to much time to be suspended."

Looking at the Event Properties I can see:

Product: Microsoft Windows Operation System

Product Version: 10.0.15063.0

Event ID: 2484

Event Font: Microsoft-Windows-Immersive-Shell

Does anybody knows how to fix it?

 

Start Menu & Taskbar Freeze Event ID 2484 Since Anniversary Update What do I do to fix?

Alright so I attempted to run the command and "The remote procedure call failed"

(I corrected the way it is written so it works eg. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth)

I then attempted to try two other commands: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
AND DISM.exe /Online
/Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup both of which did not help... So I ended up repair upgrading my PC using the Media Creation Tool from Download Windows 10

This fixed my issue!

I appreciate the reply as it helped me get on the right track and repair upgrading fixed my PC! Hope this helps those with the same issue in the future.
