Windows 10: Event ID 1000 Application Error On Shudown

Recently I've been getting Application Error windows on shutdown, it often varies from 0 messages and even up to 4 on shutdown. This is driving me nuts, could somebody please help.

 

EVENT ID 1000

About every 90 seconds my screen blacks out for just a split second and the taskbar crashes (disappears and recovers). I have done the "sfc/scannow" and it tells me there is no violation of integrity. Someone else mentioned "IDT Audio control
panel". But I don't think I have it installed (or even have it.)

I checked the event viewer and it lists every occurrence of the problem. It labels it "Event ID: 1000", and says something about explorer.exe. Below is the information it gives me... kinda long, but if anyone could help, it would be just great!
