Windows 10: Event ID 1001, what should I check and how to solve?

Woke up to an Event ID 1001. Left my laptop on overnight and found it rebooted.

I have performed a system extensive test using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics a week before and it says all tests passed.

blue dump event id 1001

while running my application it is getting tempered and showing blue screen.when i checked event logs,showing bug check error with event it 1001.this is happening only for one application.please suggest way to resolve it.
