    Okay, I disabled it. I hope it works. I'm curious do you know what this error 1795 TPM-WMI viewer in event viewer The system firmware returned an error Access is denied. when attempting to update a Secure Boot variable. is this a big deal?

    "The speed of processor x in group 0 is being limited by system firmware" Event ID 37

    This is an error that came up when working on a clients laptop. This Laptop was randomly getting BSOD. No rhyme or reason to the error would happen at anytime. I believe I have already figured out the issue, but would like additional input if anyone has
    come across this before.

    The other error that I was getting was "The speed of processor x in group 0 is being limited by system firmware" Event ID 37"

    Make: Dell

    Model Latitude E7470.

    OS: Windows 10 Pro.

    Below are the steps that I believed to have solved the issue.

    -Looking over system logs.

    Errors

    "The speed of processor x in group 0 is being limited by system firmware" Event ID 37

    -Updating drivers and firmware from Dell website.

    -Running Dell Diagnostics.

    nothing found by Dell Diagnostics.

    Error

    "The speed of processor x in group 0 is being limited by system firmware" Event ID 37

    Uninstalled USB controllers.

    FIX: The Driver WudfRd failed to load for the Device with Event ID 219

    -Found a Bluetooth device that was not fully installed or it might have been showing an error because it was not detected "I believe they were to be headphones but could not confirm." I disconnected the connection to the head phones
