Windows 10: Event ID 27: IntelR Ethernet Connection 17 I219-LM Network Link is Disconnected - Happens...

Hi Microsoft Community,I am using the Dell optiplex tower PC. There I am facing the Ethernet disconnect issue. It has onboard ethernet adapter I219-LM.Details:Randomly ethernet disconnects and reconnects within a second. but it interrupts the hardware connection of my software LabVIEW based application.For Now I am handling the reconnection logic on connection failure in my software. but I am looking for the root cause fix.I contacted Dell support, and they suggested to do following actions, but it didn't work I still face this issue.Update the BIOS to latest version.Update the Ethernet driv

IS there a fix for the error 27 Network Disconnect issue which happens anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes. This is on a Dell Optiplex 5490 AIO.

Event ID: 27 - Network Link is disconnected on every start-up.

This error has shown up in my event log on every start-up since I got my PC last October, I am using a wireless Wi-Fi connection and hardly ever have issues with the internet connection on the PC.

Any ideas on why this shows up or how to fix it?

For a few days I've been trying to solve a problem: The ethernet connection disconnects for a few seconds for no apparent reason.





windows 10 21h1 (19043.1083)

I have already tried to:
- uninstall and update the network card drivers with those present on the motherboard manufacturer's website (msi z390 gaming plus)
- I have disabled the power saving options from the advanced options of the network card
- ipv6 deselected from the connection properties of the network card
- static ip and opendns set
- reset from cmd
ipconfig /release --- ipconfig /flushdns --- ipconfig /renew --- netsh int ip reset --- netsh winsock reset

.... i have update windows from 20H2 to 21H1 with inplace upgrade in case is relevant to troubleshooting

any suggestion will be very helpfull
