Windows 10: Event ID:41 Stop error bugcheck occurs when laptop is left on & unattended for a while

If I leave my laptop ROG Strix G513QM unattended for a while the screen will go black but the keyboard lights will remain on & I can still hear the fan going and I'm unable to turn it on unless I hold down the power button to fully shut it down and then turn it on again. Event viewer shows ID:41 with the bugcheck error. I have also noticed some problems with apps crashing while I'm using them at the same time this error started occurring, but the blackscreen never occurs when in use - only when it's left on for a while e.g 30 mins. I believe this is when it is in sleep mode. I have

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.
