Windows 10: Event ID 56 Application Popup, ACPI 1 leading into multiple reboots without cleanly...

I bought a new PC with intel i9-13900KF and msi RTX4090. I am having an issue that every time when I start PC, it reboots itself several times after I am into windows 11. I had this issue when I installed win10, and then I upgraded to win11, issue remains. Today, i format drive and reinstall fresh win11, this issue remains. I have upgraded BIOS for ASRock motherboard Tachi Z690. I tried to locate dump file but can't find it. "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation." in eventviewer. Event ID 56 Application Popup not found error

My pc keeps on crashing for no reason by this error for months and I have tried everything I can, I tried reinstalling windows, doing sfc /scannow and other commands on cmd, making a local user account, contacting microsoft support multiple times even when they did stuff on my pc to try and fix it, and still nothing has got rid of it.

The description for Event ID 56 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.



If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

Computer crashes randomly, description for Event ID 56 from source Application Popup cannot be found.

Randomly, my screen freezes and then I hear a static noise, and then my PC reboots. I am sure it is not due to a faulty GPU or CPU since I ran stress tests and they appeared fine. I have tried rolling back drivers and checking if Windows is corrupted and neither worked. It doesn't even generate a crash report even though I turned them on, instead I have to go to Event Viewer to even get proof I crashed and these are the events leading up to every crash including the crash event log.

Event 6008, EventLog
The previous system shutdown at 1:25:18 AM on ‎2/‎7/‎2023 was unexpected.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Please help me find a solution for this.
