Windows 10: event id 86

    After running the various commands, rebooting, capturing the (above) ipconfig.txt file, I rebooted one additional time to determine if the EVENT: 86 error occurred & it did. The reboot was @ 8:05.

    I'll point out one item which may be of issue regarding netsh int ip reset
    NOTE: The following Access Denied statement. I believe this a permission required on the registry key which I (Administrator) do not possess. If you believe this is an issue regarding netsh int ip reset for us to move forward w/ troubleshooting, I can change the permissions on this registry key if you believe it is necessary to continue seeking resolution. I'll wait on your decision. This is the protocol I will follow to change the permissions for the registry key. NOTE: I do not have any 3rd-party AV installed. I use only MS Defender.
