Windows 10: Event Viewer Error 10016 - What should I do?

Following Clean Install of Windows 10 I ran Event Viewer and Error 10016 appeared *Sad
- description said Application-specific settings do not grant Local Activation permission for APPID 4839DDB7-58C2-48F5-8283-E1D1807D0D7D. What did I do wrong?

What should I do to correct the error*sarc

Windows 10 error 10016 from Run-time broker - cannot change permissions

I still get these 10016 errors every day for over a year. For those wondering where to find them, just go to the Windows settings and type Event Viewer. Then open up the Event Viewer and check Windows Logs, then System. This 10016 event ID always corresponds
to switching Account Holders for me. I have Windows 10 Ver 1703.

I wouldn't worry about it, if, after checking the Event Viewer you note it occurs at the same time that you switched Account Holders.

Windows 10 - Computer Shuts Down

I have Windows 10 on my computer. My computer keeps shutting down unexpectedly. Event Viewer shows several !Error messages. Event ID's are 10016 and 10010 Source - DistributedCOM and one is Event ID 1001 Source BugCheck. One of the messages states that
the security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool. I'm not sure what I should modify that to be.
