Windows 10: event viewer in laptop keeps popping up after Windows 10 updates

hi admin, the event viewer in my laptop keep on pop up after window 10 updates, is that any problem and anyway to settle it ? I'm computer dummies, looking forward for your reply thx *Smile

Firstly thanks for replying.

As I have said, after the redstone update the event viewer always shows up itself without any operations or command from me. If I closed it minutes or hours later it would pop up again no matter what you were doing. If I keep the first it won't pop a second
event viewer. I was told that starting with a new local account to log in the Windows may solve the problem, but I don't like this way.

Hello!

After recent upgrade to WIN10 Creators Updated, have started to receive continuously every few minutes 2 pop-up windows at once of Event Viewer. I've tried to clear all event logs and despites there are no critical, error or warning events on machine
pop-us continues. So after some time task bar is full of Event Viewers and I have to close them, what is really annoying. Screen shot of the Event viewer:





Logically there should be an option somewhere in Windows to enable/disable pop-up of Event Viewer for certain events, but I couldn't find that place in the system. No information in the internet regarding that matter could be found as well. The only
suggestions I've found was to disable Event log service, which not good option at all.

So, what I have done can empower you as well to "stinglee" and anyone else with the same problem, to prevent "Event Viewer" for popping up!
