Windows 10: EventID 10010 / Restart Manager / Conductor SID Problem - Windows 11

I'm using Windows 11 Pro - 24H2 on Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9It's been a while, my laptop kept freezing for about 1 sec and plug and play sound plays.Looked up in event viewer and by checking exact time I found this error from Restart Manager with Eventid 10010Event Viewer ScreenShotRestart Manager ScreenShotSo, it says there is problem with conductor SID so application can't get restartedTried this solutionwhat is this Application SID does not match in the event viewer mean? - Microsoft Communitywhich leads to Application Sid Does Not Match Conductor Sid.. Are you getting DistributedCOM Event ID: 10010 errors with 11.4?

Only by ID in fact ever since i have installed the 11.4's i get these kind of errors
Application 'C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\CCC.exe' (pid 2188) cannot be restarted - Application SID does not match Conductor SID..

Although i have had 0 issue's using the computer and even though it's listed as 10010 the XML tells a totally different story lol.

Windows 10 Event ID 10010 and 10016 Errors With DistributedCOM

Hey all, sorry for posting in an older thread. First time poster here, so I don't know all the forum etiquette *Redface

I have followed all the steps by Vaio 7 and others and got to the step mentioned above by fdegrove.

My event log states: "The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {blahblah} and APPID {blahblah} to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable)."

The only users I have listed in Runtime Broker > Security > Launch and Activate Permissions > Edit are: ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES and SELF. Those already have Local Activation permissions.

So should I add user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) or user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM or user SYSTEM? Or is it supposed to be something else like administrators?
